You can exchange or refund on receipt of your purchases within 90 days.Please note that all items returned must be in their original unopened packaging.

Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, returns are not accepted on:

Worn thongs,babydolls, bodysuits, hosiery, teddies and any lingerie set that includes a thong, were the packaging has been removed and hygiene patch.

Of course, if there is a manufacturing fault with your garment you are welcome to the return the items for a replacement or refund.When items are returned,they will be inspected for the fault.

 It is very important that when you return an item you include the invoice that was sent to you with your order.

We strongly recommend when returning an item to obtain proof of posting.We are Not responsible for packages that go missing.

 Any refund will be issued to the card used to make the original purchase through PayPal .Please allow 5-10 working days for the funds to show in your account.
